It all started when I was 16.
We were on a vacation in Turkey, when I caught a stomach bug. All hell broke loose for the next few days.
I ended up spending a few days in the hospital.
Afterwards, things seemed fine, but a few weeks after I got home, I started having stomach problems.
The doctors didn’t know what was going on. They couldn’t find anything wrong with me.
Yet the problems continued, and my life was turned upside down.
That was when I turned to natural remedies. I started reading about diet, health, and wellbeing.
I eventually figured out what caused the stomach problems, and they went away.
I’ve also battled with eczema, tooth issues, allergies, asthma, and the list goes on and on. It hasn’t been easy, but I don’t regret any of it.
I’ve learned a lot, and going through what I’ve gone through is what has made me passionate about sharing my story, and I hope that via this site, I can help you improve your health.
The Purpose of Happy, Healthy, Relaxed
The purpose of this site is to simplify healthy living.
There are a lot of great sites out there, but they overwhelm you with information. You end up confused, uncertain and scared. You don’t know if you’re doing something wrong, and at times, you’re worried about your life.
This site is about saying bye bye to those worries, because there is no one size that fits everyone.
You have to figure out what works for you, and what doesn’t. You can use the information you come across as a springboard, but ultimately you have to put in the work.
I’m here to say that you’re doing just fine.
Health is not just about what you eat, and how often you exercise. It’s also about how you feel, and how relaxed you are. So that’s why I take a holistic approach to health.
I’m more relaxed about what I eat, yet I am healthy, and often happier than most other “healthy” people.
